Just Mango

This is a plain and simple mango jam. It is adorned only pure cane sugar but not too much. Yes, we follow the rules for proper sugar content and pectin. Unlike other mango jams, this is not too sweet. Haden mangos are some of the sweetest so they need little sugar. The mango flavor is not hidden by sweetness.

Hot Mango

Habanero peppers give our Hot Mango a nice kick. It is not in your face and won't make you cry. This is well balanced. Some have said it needs more peppers. Certainly if that sentiment becomes popular, we can and will make a Hotter Mango in the future. We think you’ll find it to be perfect.

White Chocolate Mango Fudge

Mangos were first grown in India over 5,000 years ago. This is an interpretation of what is known as Burfi. To be sure, if you are expecting a traditional burfi, this is not that. Adorned with a dash of cumin and cardamom. Yep, cumin. No, it doesn't taste like curry or chili. We were suspect too. It works great.
